- The Corporate rate reservation is prepaid and once made cannot be cancelled or change dates on arrival or departure.
- Hotel will charge credit card given at time of reservation for room and tax for the entire stay.
- No refunds for early check-out.
- If you wish to book multiple rooms under corporate rate, you must use a different name for each room or the duplicate reservation will be cancelled by the hotel.
- In case of no show on the date of arrival, the hotel will hold the room for the entire booking date/s, and no refund will be issued.
- Changes to the name on a reservation are not permitted after the booking is completed
